Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to TwinzLiquors that you are at least 21 years old. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. A picture ID is required along with your signature at the time of delivery.

All sales are final. We can make accommodations in extenuating circumstances, however if you have received the correct item(s) that were on your order we cannot return or exchange it for another item


All wines delivered must be received (signed for) by an adult of legal drinking age. We are prohibited from leaving packages "on the porch" or "by the door" without a signature. 

Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We are prohibited from shipping wine to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah At this time we do not ship internationally.

We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Gin, Cognac, Liqueurs, etc.) anywhere outside of New York State, and apologize for any inconvenience. Please be assured that as the laws regarding shipping of alcohol change we will do our best to accommodate everyone legally possible.

We currently ship by UPS ground only.

All orders must be shipped in UPS approved packaging. 

We cannot ship wine in either the original cardboard or wooden cases. If you would like the original cases, they must be shipped separately, at an additional charge. 

 All items must be loaded into UPS approved packaging before being shipped.

Shipping Conditions

Shipping conditions and restrictions:

There are times when we will be unable to ship due to adverse weather conditions.

We will not ship if the weather is too hot or too cold. 

We cannot be responsible for accurately judging weather conditions in other parts of the country. 

If you do not want us to ship within 5 business days of your placing your order, you may choose the Don't Ship option. We will hold the delivery until you notify us that you would like us to ship your order; and will hold orders for a maximum of 30 Days.

You are welcomed to place an online order and have it ready for pick it up at the store.
